E3 Hollywood & Games Mixer 2011 Means Great Stories, Networking, and Cake!

June 8, 2011 (Los Angeles, CA) –Fund the Future! presents the E3 Hollywood & Games Mixer on June 9th, 2011, from 6-9pm at the Golden Gopher. Thanks to the generous support of Microsoft Game Studios and the support of Seagate, attendees will enjoy networking opportunities, potato chips courtesy of Popchips, and cake.

The E3 Hollywood & Games Mixer marks the launch of the Fund the Future! campaign. Fund the Future’s mission is to improve the quality of writing and increase diversity in games. Funds from this year’s campaign will go toward a scholarship to a six-week intensive writing workshop for speculative fiction. Graduates of the $3200 program have gone on to work at many high-profile companies, including Microsoft.
